Return and Exchange Policy

We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have two days after receiving your item to request a return, but only in cases of defects or damage to the product.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, either unused or used, with tags, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the order delivered is different from what the customer requested, we will bear the shipping and exchange costs (depending on product availability) or return the item, as agreed with the customer. The issue must be reported within two days of receiving the order.

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can evaluate the issue and correct it.

Items that have been used cannot be exchanged or returned.

Any delay in delivery during the return process caused by the shipping company is beyond the responsibility of Mama-In Store.
Items Excluded from Returns and Exchanges:
- Filters of all types.
- Used tools.
- Damage caused by misuse or improper cleaning.
Refund Process:

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. We will inform you if your refund is approved or not. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please note that it may take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Shipping Procedures:

For shipments to GCC countries, some countries may impose custom duties on the customer, which can reach up to 5% or more of the order value in some cases.

Occasionally, delays during the customs clearance process may occur and are beyond the control of Mama-In Store for Coffee Tools. However, Mama-In Store will provide full support to avoid any delays in clearance procedures.

Customers are responsible for customs clearance costs, VAT, and any governmental fees imposed by other countries on orders outside Saudi Arabia.

Mama-In Store is not responsible for damage caused during shipping. Please contact the shipping company first and report the damage.

Mama-In Store ensures proper packaging and shipment of products in perfect condition. If there is any damage or defect in the product, please contact customer support and provide proof of damage. Compensation will be offered ranging from 5% to 20% of the product value, depending on the product type.
